Rising staff have been authoring, updating and publishing the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule since 1996.
DELAY NOTICE -- 2013 Fee Schedule Release
The updated Fee Schedule will not be released in July this year. Please continue to use the 2012 Fee Schedule until further notice. Any new information will be posted to this site, so please continue to check back.

To get a print or electronic copy version of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule, please complete our order form and mail it with payment to Rising. The same order form may be used to order Fee Schedules for prior years.

The Fee Schedule is divided into rules and rates for reimbursing workers’ compensation medical services in the State of Rhode Island. The rates outlined contain a list of procedures and the associated maximum allowance.
