February 3, 2022 – Chicago, IL – Four veteran client services professionals have joined Rising Medical Solutions (Rising) to provide business development, account management, and program implementation services for the company’s growing client base. These executives will provide consultative account services to establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the client lifecycle.

Rising’s new appointments include:
- Daryl McCalley, Regional Vice President of Business Development. McCalley has nearly 25 years of professional experience in client-facing roles in the workers’ compensation market, with significant expertise in managed care and pharmacy services. McCalley will focus on developing new business relationships and providing consultative support to payers seeking enhanced claims management solutions.
- Mary Holley, Senior Account Executive. Holley brings more than 22 years of experience in workers’ compensation client services. Holley will be responsible for providing strategic account management guidance to help payers provide compassionate care to patients while also managing claim expenses.
- Bill Nantz, Enterprise Partnership Executive. Nantz has more than 20 years of industry experience in customer and partner relationship management. In addition to providing account management services to enterprise-level customers, Nantz will also be responsible for identifying and managing strategic partners whose services are made available to customers through Rising’s VISIONTM portal – a one-stop hub for administering all managed care services and ancillary referrals from a single platform.
- Karen Senecal, Senior Implementation Manager. Senecal brings more than 30 years of experience in project and product management and is expert in translating business requirements into technical requirements and solutions. As senior implementation manager, Senecal will be responsible for managing client onboarding and integration processes, as well as collaborating with other members of Rising’s client services, operations, and IT teams to deliver successful implementations.
