I would like to welcome all current and prospective clients, providers, partners and employees to our website and take a few moments to tell you about RISING.

RISING Medical Solutions, Inc. was formed to streamline and improve the interaction between the medical services community and the paying financial community. RISING is not the treating physician; but we promote and work with exceptional medical providers. RISING does not insure or pay medical bills; but our programs impact medical payments worth hundreds of millions of dollars. RISING understands the financial implications that must be considered to maximize the health of companies, financial institutions and society as a whole. Concurrently, RISING understands the motivations of providers and patients, and the desire of all parties that patients receive expeditious and recovery-driven treatment. We are the mediators and integrators of the medical and financial perspectives, two powerful forces that too often find themselves in conflict. Our world is one where medical knowledge, legal implications, and financial concerns all culminate in a high-speed information management system. Our tagline "Protecting the Financial Health of Healthcare" is intended to define our purpose in the business world.

I believe a fundamental mistake was made by the industry many years ago - a loss of focus on what is important. Companies that provided services in our market utilized industry labels and considered themselves "healthcare" or "managed care" companies. I consider RISING neither of these things. We are as much a financial organization as we are a healthcare organization, and we take our dual role very seriously. By ensuring the disbursement of fair payments for appropriate services, RISING provides results that can affect organizations in all industries. RISING's programs allow our employer clients to control medical and workers' compensation costs; and our carrier clients to pass their savings to their own customers through more affordable insurance rates. In turn, these savings help companies grow and enhance their capacity to provide jobs and healthcare coverage to substantial numbers of additional people. For adjusters, medical staff and patients, RISING's ability to reduce the bureaucracy and inefficiencies inherent in the system helps decrease their frustrations and costs. Through our dual role, RISING has the eventual ability to positively impact the life and health of almost every person in the United States.

From a results perspective, our goal is for RISING's service to extend the healthcare dollar to its maximum potential. Each dollar spent on our services will save our clients significantly more in reduced medical costs and increased efficiencies. Our best client relationships are with organizations that understand the impact of savings, efficiencies, and labor costs and that will partner with RISING to develop the most effective, value-driven program possible for their unique process. RISING may not be the cheapest, but we are the least expensive.

From a service perspective, our goal is to make RISING a world-class service organization. Through RISING's product quality and customer-focused approach, we not only seek to have a considerable financial impact on our clients' operations, but we also seek to have a positive influence on our clients' daily lives. In the end, every company must clearly define their niche within a market to be successful. For RISING, it is more important for us to offer the "best" service than it is for us to be the "biggest".
