FEATURING RISING’S WORK COMP BENCHMARK STUDY | RISK & INSURANCE | FEB 2020
This feature article reports on some key findings from Rising’s 2019 Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study. Namely, the article highlights how claims executives’ and frontline claims professionals’ views largely align when it comes to day-to-day priorities and overarching goals for injured worker care. These study findings are the result of comparing nearly 1,300 survey responses from frontline claims professionals with the survey responses of claims leaders from prior research.
