Rachel Fikes is a 20-year communications and insurance services veteran, and leads all Rising marketing initiatives. As part of the Client Services Team, Rachel serves as the company’s brand ambassador, educating the industry on Rising’s cost-saving and care-enhancing solutions.

As Vice President of Marketing, Rachel’s specialties include brand management, creative oversight, content strategy, thought leadership and insights, field marketing and media relations. Additionally, Rachel leads the annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study, an ambitious national research program which examines the complex forces impacting claims management today.

For her research efforts, Rachel has been honored with a Comp Laude® Award recognizing her advocacy of employee-centric benefits delivery, as well as honored as an Elite Woman on Insurance Business America’s annual listing recognizing women “leaders and influencers who are shaping a more diverse insurance industry.”

Before coming to Rising, Rachel worked in the Information Technology industry as Co-Founder of Falkor Group and Director of Marketing for Technium. She also worked in marketing roles for a CMGI internet firm.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College.
