For your convenience, we have published answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions (see below) about using RISING's client extranet. We encourage you to utilize this FAQ section as your first support resource because you may be able to instantly find the answer to your support question(s).

Frequently Asked Questions


1.) I cannot login to the RISING's Extranet website. What could be the problem?

If you are having trouble logging into RISING's extranet, please try the following:

  • Check your password closely. Is your CAPS lock on? Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Ensure you are using the latest version of Explorer (see Question # 3 for link to download Explorer)
  • Ensure your browser is enabled for cookies (see Question # 4 to learn how to enable cookies)
  • Some organizations require that you are at your office site to login to RISING's extranet. If you are attempting to login from home or remotely, confirm with your IT administrator that this option is available under your company's RISING program.

If you are still having trouble, you may be using the wrong username and/or password. To obtain this information, please follow the below steps:

  • Forgot Your Username? - Email payerusername@risingms.com to request that your username be sent to you. In the email, please include your: name, company name, email address and Account password.
  • Forgot Your Password? - Email payerpassword@risingms.com to request that your password be sent to you. In the email, please include your: name, company name, email address and Account username.

2.) I cannot view a form. What could be the problem?

If you are having problems accessing / viewing RISING's forms, you may need to download Adobe or WinZip. To download the latest version of Adobe or WinZip to your system, please click on the links provided in Question # 3.

3.) What applications do I need to view / use RISING's website?

Links to download applications needed to use this website are:

Microsoft Internet Explorer (most stable version, high encryption)

4.) How do I enable cookies on my computer?

To enable cookies, choose the name and version of the browser you use from the list below. To determine what browser and version you are using, click your browser's HELP menu (top of the screen), and then click on ABOUT.

AOL 5.x and above Browsers

  • Go to "My AOL"
  • Pick WWW
  • Click the Security tab
  • Go to Custom Level
  • Find Cookie
  • Click "enable"
  • Click OK

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x (Windows)

  • Go to Tools menu, select Internet options. Click on the Privacy tab.
  • Click on the Advanced button
  • Check the Override automatic cookie handling box.
  • Click on the Accept radio buttons for First-party cookies and Third-party Cookies.
  • Check the Always allow session cookies box
  • Click OK
  • Click OK again in the window that appears
  • Now close all your window browsers and then come back to RISINGMS.COM

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Windows)

  • Go to Tools on the menu bar
  • Click Internet Options
  • Click the Security tab
  • Go to Internet
  • Click "Custom Level"
  • Find "Cookies" in the list
  • Click "enable"
  • Click OK
  • Now close all your window browsers and then come back to RISINGMS.COM

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (Windows)

  • Go to the View menu and select Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
  • The box at the top of the window should read Internet Zone. If it does not, click on the box and select Internet Zone from the pop-up menu.
  • The bottom section of the Security window contains four buttons. Click the one marked Custom.
  • Click the Advanced tab at the top of the window.
  • Scroll down the list of options until you see the Cookies heading.
  • Make sure the 'Always accept cookies' button is marked.
  • Click OK.
  • Now close all your window browsers and then come back to RISINGMS.COM

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (Mac)

  • Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  • In the left pane click Cookies, located under Receiving Files.
  • In the right pane, find the pull-down menu next to 'When receiving cookies' and select 'Never ask'.
  • Click OK.
  • Now close all your window browsers and then come back to RISINGMS.COM

Netscape Navigator 6.x (Windows and Mac):

  • Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  • Click on Advanced in the list of topics on the left side of the window. The right side of the window should now display a series of checkboxes.
  • In the left pane click Cookies, located under Privacy and Security.
  • Find the box labeled Enable All Cookies and make sure it is checked.
  • Click OK.
  • Now close all your window browsers and then come back to RISINGMS.COM

Netscape Navigator 4.x (Windows and Mac):

  • Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
