The fee schedule is divided into rules, which contain written guidelines for performing and reimbursing workers’ compensation medical services in Rhode Island, and the rates, which contain a list of procedures and the associated maximum allowance. Sections of the fee schedule rules and rates are sub-divided to facilitate ease of use.

To order a pre-printed copy of the Rhode Island Medical Fee Schedule or other electronic formats, please display and print a 2008 order form, complete it, and mail it with payment directly to Rising® . The address is listed on the order form. The same order form may be used to order medical fee schedules for prior years. You can complete the order form on your PC just type in the information. Use the "tab" key to move from field to field. Then print it and mail it with your payment directly to Rising at the address on the form. .
