Kimberly Moreland 

Executive Vice President of Client Services

Self-made success stories inspire Kimberly Moreland, so do strong mentors and passionate leaders. Kim just so happens to be all those things. From Rising’s inception, Kim has been rooted in the Company’s vision. While a lot has changed since the first days of Rising – bigger offices, nationwide growth and product expansion – Kim’s commitment to go the extra mile for customers remains the same.

Daily you can find Kim racing from meeting to meeting, overseeing her three key teams: Account Management / Customer Delight, Sales and Marketing. Her leadership of all customer acquisition and retention activities at Rising provides a strong customer-focused approach. Together, she works with her teams to ensure the integrity of our communications and our ability to deliver on our promises.

Her contagious enthusiasm for the business extends beyond clients and into the healthcare system. A nurse professional by training with an in-depth knowledge of state-specific reimbursement laws, medical bill review, utilization review and case management, Kim has a keen eye for spotting industry voids and flaws and finding solutions.

In a Governor-appointed seat, Kim serves on the State of Illinois Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Advisory Board. In that role, she advises the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission on government-regulated fees for medical services and injured workers’ access to treatment.

Prior to Rising, Kim started her 16 years in the industry with Concentra as a Senior Account Executive. She holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Catholic University of America.

Born in DC and raised in Chicago, Kim is a die-hard Cubs fan and lover of Chicago pizza.
